Webinar and Discussion on Recognizing and Managing Teen Anxiety, October 21st

Webinar on teen anxiety to be held on Monday, October 21st from 6:30-8pm at the Falmouth High School Library, 874 Gifford Street, Falmouth.

Learn how to recognize signs of an anxiety disorder; practice youth-friendly anxiety management skills; encourage teens to be a part of choosing treatment options.

This webinar is for parents, guardians, youth workers, and caring adults interested in teen mental health. Presenter Lisa M. Schab, LCSW is a psychotherapist and author of 18 self-help books for children, teens, and adults. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in interpersonal communications from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in clinical social work from Loyola University Chicago. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and maintains a private counseling practice in the greater Chicage area. More information is available at
