Meet Jenna Quinn, May 7th

Jenna is a triumphant survivor of sexual abuse, author, TED speaker, and the survivor behind Jenna’s Law. She is a valiant warrior against sexual abuse of children and adolescents. With a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies, Jenna has reached international audiences, sharing her unique and inspiring story with legislatures, law-enforcement, abuse-prevention groups, schools, communites of faith, and now, the Cape Cod Community.

All members of the community interested in the prevention of child sexual abuse are welcome to attend this event. At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to identify and describe signs of child sexual abuse; create steps to take for the prevention of child sexual abuse; and critique, analyze and revise, if necessary, organizational policies and procedures concerning child sexual abuse. This is an intermediate to advanced level program. Jenna Quinn will also have her book “Pure in Heart” available for purchase and book signing.

Attendance is FREE. Attendance with 1.5 CE’s: $15. 1.5 CE’s of Continuing Education Credit is pending through Commonwealth Educational Seminars for the following professions: Social Workers, Psychologists, Nurses, and Mental Health Counselors. It is the participant’s responsibility to check with their individual state boards to verify CE requirements for their state.
