Legal Workshop: Everything Women Want to Know About Family Law But Are Afraid to Ask

Family law overview presented by: Attorney Nicole B. Norkevicius on Wednesday, November 6, from 5:30-7:30pm at The Bay Room, Falmouth Public Library, 300 Main Street, Falmouth.

This workshop will largely cover the divorce process and other areas of Family Law including:

  • The two ways to get divorced in MA and the key steps, paperwork, and forms needed
  • Overview of Division of Assets & Debts
  • Alimony
  • Child support guidelines and custody
  • Supplemental maaterials including a glossary of terms and a legal resources sheet
  • Time will be set aside for Q & A with attendees; you are encouraged to come with your list of questions. Those seeking legal advice regarding any aspect of Family Law are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop prior to consulting an attorney or setting up a legal consult at WE CAN.
