Arbour-Fuller Hospital is an 88-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Mass. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. There are also partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.

Bournewood Hospital is an independent psychiatric hospital located in Brookline, Massachusetts, providing mental health and chemical dependency care for adults and young people.
Bournewood Hospital has been in continuous operation since 1884, and over the years has earned its reputation as a leader in the psychiatric and chemical dependency fields. Bournewood Hospital’s treatment programs span a broad continuum of inpatient, partial hospital and intensive outpatient services, enabling patients to enter the system at any point in their illness and experience seamless care as they progress in their recovery. Guiding their progress are experienced and collaborative treatment teams consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, rehabilitation therapists and medical and other specialists as appropriate and necessary.

Partial Hospitalization Program is a short-term, structured, and highly supportive program developed to assist adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptopms. Specifically, the program’s focus is to assist clients in either of two life circumstances:

Referrals can be made by contacting the program at 508-564-9653. A completed referral form signed by a physician is required. In addition, a current medication list, crisis evaluation or comprehensive psychiatric evaluation or comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and a current physical must be included.
