AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people age 50 and over.
AARP is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for all as we age. We lead positive social change and deliver value to members through information, advocacy and service.
AARP also provides a wide range of unique benefits, special products, and services for our members.
Levels of Care:
-Heavy chore cleaning (hoarders)
-Home care (medical/non-medical)
-Personal care (bathing/bathroom assistance)
-Companion services
-Meal preparation/Shopping/Errands
-Visiting private duty nurse
-Geriatric assessment/Evaluation
-Transportation resources available
-Group Adult Foster Care
Group Adult Foster Care
-Personal care services
-Eligible seniors (60+) & adults (22+) w/ disabilities
-Live in GAFC-approved housing
-Must need help with at least 1 daily personal care task
-Individual care plan developed by a RN & case manager, monitoring of healthcare, social worker, personal care services, medication management, 24-access to services
